In another post, people followed my actions as Jewel's
account was locked for being a multi. After reviewing
some other evidence, I was still not convinced of his
innocence, but there was enough doubt that I released
his account. His actions since then, however, have
brought em cause for concern. I would just like
register my opinion that more consideration should be
given to the these recent problems.

The fact that I, as a TDZK administrator, have taken
actions against recent parties to misbehavior does not
mean that the clan should consider their punishment
served. Hyperion/Jewel not only broke TDZK rules, they
broke the rules and trust of HF.

I believe Hyperion when he said he didn't mean to
cause the mass havoc he did. He was still grossly out
of line, but I hold no animosity towards he or
Darkflare.

However, I have another thing to weigh in with on the
Jewel matter. After I re-instated him, he was logged
as nearly admitting to the fact that he uses multiple
accounts.

With this information, I will most likely lock down
his accounts again.

He then proceeded to insult HF, left the alliance, and
camped outside the station to kill crector (or any
other HF that wandered by). The leader of HF's ally
intervened to guard crector, but the fact that Jewel
was after HF blood proves that something should be
done to him. Again, he not only (possibly) broke TDZK
rules, but attempting to kill his clanmates is a gross
violation of everything HF stands for.

RESPECT is something the BBG realm in general has been
having trouble with, but hoepfully everyone can
continue to improve.

INTEGRITY: Dishonesty, CHEATING, and other such
behavior are not to be tolerated? Why are we
tolerating this then?

MATURITY: Attempting to kill your clanmates because
you were exposed as a cheater is mature? Going on an
aggie mining rampage is mature?

HONOR: Every member of HF represents the clan. Well,
HF's reputation in TDZK has taken a fine beating. As I
said before, I was once proud to be a member of HF.
These days I wonder.

When I joined HF a few years ago, I believed in these
ideals. I still do. But how can HF continue to retain
it's honor while tolerating dishonor? Integrity while
it does not enforce it's own policies? We should not
slap rogue members on the wrist, but instead take
measures needed to ensure that all HF members are
loyal and honest.

Darkflare made an error in judgement, and his stated
punishment is fair.

Hyperion made a more serious error, lashing out in
rage and greatly complicating things for his alliance.
He did not intend for all the harmful results that
occured to happen, but the mindset is what concerns me
more. He has spoken with me, and from what I can tell
he does not intend such behavior again, but something
more than banning him from HF participation in TDZK is
called for. TDZK has done it's part, now HF must do
it's part. I do not suggest a specific course of
action, but leave that to our more experienced
leaders.

In the light of his recent actions, I believe Jewel
should be expelled from HF, or suspended for an
indefinite time period. I believe expulsion is a
serious thing, and I do not suggest it lightly.
However, he attempted destroy his own clan mates, he
broke TDZK rules (thereby violating the principle of
HF Integrity), he lied to his clan mates, and to a
game administrator.

HF has no place for this behavior. I call on our
leaders and members to restore House Forsaken's honor.

2 different accounts is cheating. Cheating is supposed
to be a violation of the standards that House Forsaken
is supposed to uphold. Either the HF leadership
upholds those standards or it should publically
announce that HF is dropping those standards. The
abbreviation H.F. should not stand for Hypocrites
Federation.

If it is true that he did cheat, and that he did turn
and try to attack fellow HF members (trying to kill
crector), then indeed I think that something has to be
done. Just what and for how long, I don't know.

If he didn't try to attack another HF member, I do not
think expellation is the proper course.

If he did, then we should hear his side of the story
first, before going through with any expellation.

ABOUT DV8
That is one of my 3 accounts I've already talked
about..first I gave it to a player named Yoden who
didnt play and then they needed it for the raid, and
jewel talked to yoden and changed the pw and someone
piloted it.

There is so much info being sent to me by the hour,
that if I make a judgement now, I am sure in 2 hours I
might change my mind.

As for now Jewel is not in the HF alliance. That is
good for now. I will let tempers sizzle down for
awhile and then post judgement on Jewel. I hate
expulsion and by myself I don't have that power. I can
kick him out of the BBG for good, but I don't want to
do that. The fact is, he is a good player and he was
doing it to help HF, so his heart was in the right
place to start off. How would you feel if you spent
weeks helping a clan and they go psycho on you.

Please keep sending me info on what has, is and will
happen and after a while I will make my decision.

Let me just say what I think about this situation. I
think that everyone needs to cool down a bit. There's
no need to kick anybody out of BBG realm. Why don't we
all just be friends again. Hell I want to be crector's
friend as well as Jewel's. Let us all just play and
have fun, isn't that why we are here for. Let's just
stop this stupid nonsense, it is not fun.

attack HF members and tries to kill them.

Now, whats wrong with this picture...

Then again, I know nothing of the game, and I dont
understand why 2 accounts would be considered
cheating. So.............. yeah.

First off, Reaver, stop taking things out of Context.
The situation that we were talking about was me
piloting another players account during the siege. It
was temporary, for liek 2 hours, since i was unable to
be at my seat during the siege, i had hy pilot my
ship, while i was in one of the siegers that required
less action. Does that constitute dual playing? If so
then i am guilty. That was what i was talking to
reaver about.

And reaver, are you feeling special acting as
informant? Good job if you do. Dv8 is hyps account. I
made it VERY clear that i am only out there to pod
crector. Why didnt you get log files on that? Im sure
reaver coulda showed it to you because i made SURE he
was there when i said i was going to pod Crector
because i KNEW he would go warn him. Its sad reaver,
that whole conversation that you were quoted in, thats
called entrappment you know that? You started the
conversations knowing full well that you were going to
copy it and send it to everyone to "PROVE" that im
guilty... didnt really work did it? Just makes you
look bad now that im uncovering for what it is.

Everyone here is paranoid. Yes i wanted to pod Crector
last night, but i didnt. You called me a coward for
not... lol, i didnt lose any sleep over it

So you know what i did last night?
i dropped 2 scout drones, interpretted as MASSIVE
AMOUNTS by crector in his other post,
I taped down my F5 Key, went to bed and made Crector

contrary to belief, i do have a life, and its finals
week for me, all of this has done nothing to decrease
the stress that is going on right now in my life.
everyone who knows me knows the pride that i have in
HF. Anyone who knows me in real life also knows how
responsible/loyal/trustworthy i am. In the last two
days i have been smeared beyond belief by fellow
clanmembers. My first reaction was to go out there and
get some blood. I mean, ive been building up
friendships for 3-4 years now, and all it took were
some accusations for it to all come crumbling down.

Explain this to me: if im such a bad person.... why
did i work so hard to get sooo many other members from
HF involved in TDZK? I saw potential here, i wanted
for there to be the brotherhood that i felt back in D2
in a game again. Boy.... was i ever mistaken. I mean
it was there... and then i wake up one day, and i see
my CO-LEADER laying all these accusations on me in a
PUBLIC forum. I mean, cmon... what would Dave do if we
had this problem? He would ask me on IRC, or ICQ and
talk to me... i know because ive seen him do it
before. Same with Aeon and Maddog...

From the beginning it seemed like crector was out to
kick me out of HF. He made me look bad, but thats not
what got me down. It was the fact that during this
time, a lot of other HF brothers doubted my
trustworthyness, all because of LAME leadership by
Crector. So i ask you chuck, what do you have against
me? And you cant just say that im a cheater, a liar, a
cheat, a coward, and most of all a TRAITOR without
decent justification. If anyones guilty of treason,
its you, for not even giving me the benefit of the
doubt. Some brother you are. We live in the US,
everyone innocent until proven guilty... but everyone
here has a Lynch mob mentality, and are out for
blood... But im sick of it, so im ending it now.


Its a game for crying out loud, stop taking it so
seriously.

not members, i made it clear that i would only pod one
person: everyone on IRC heard, including reaver, neo,
rag, zolt etc.

and what would make me do it? You've been around a
while ghost, everyone here respects you, what if
someone led a smear campaign against you? calling you
names, questioning your honor.

Podding him would have been therapeutic for me... but
its not even a percent of what he deserves

This isn't a smear campaign. If this is intended as a
smear campaign, it's one hell of a joke of one, so
that's why it isn't one.

See, what's happening here is there are logs of you
saying to others "Yes, I got multi accounts" which is
a form of cheating. It falls under Crector's job as a
leader of this realm to do his job, which is to punish
someone who cheats, by say using multiple accounts.
According to the most basic of HF rules, anyone who
cheats is gone.

Now, with many people confused on what really happens,
and having conflicting evidence, Crector and the rest
of the BBG staff decide "You know what, we don't know
for sure what really happened here, so lets drop it,
let by gones be by gones and start over."

And how do you thank him? By wanting to kill him in
the game and then hide behind the pathetic excuse of
"it was all psychologica! haha" Everyone knows you
wanted to pod him, but you would have known you would
have really fucked yourself over then, so you gained
half a clue and didn't even try.

This whole back and thing shit is as useless as a
flaming war, you're just making yourself look like an
ass.

Why come back just to stir things up?

Jewel is pissed and defensive, its not like we want to
make each other more mad. I would request that someone
with the appropriate power just lock all threads
regarding these incidents. I for one am tired of
hearing of it. You have a beef, talk to the people
involved. Its fine if you don't like crector, but
please deal with it in a more appropriate forum, be it
via PM, email, AIM, what have you.

HONOR: Every member of HF represents the clan. Well,
HF's reputation in TDZK has taken a fine beating. As I
said before, I was once proud to be a member of HF.
These days I wonder.

When I joined HF a few years ago, I believed in these
ideals. I still do. But how can HF continue to retain
it's honor while tolerating dishonor? Integrity while
it does not enforce it's own policies? We should not
slap rogue members on the wrist, but instead take
measures needed to ensure that all HF members are
loyal and honest.

Darkflare made an error in judgement, and his stated
punishment is fair.

Hyperion made a more serious error, lashing out in
rage and greatly complicating things for his alliance.
He did not intend for all the harmful results that
occured to happen, but the mindset is what concerns me
more. He has spoken with me, and from what I can tell
he does not intend such behavior again, but something
more than banning him from HF participation in TDZK is
called for. TDZK has done it's part, now HF must do
it's part. I do not suggest a specific course of
action, but leave that to our more experienced
leaders.

In the light of his recent actions, I believe Jewel
should be expelled from HF, or suspended for an
indefinite time period. I believe expulsion is a
serious thing, and I do not suggest it lightly.
However, he attempted destroy his own clan mates, he
broke TDZK rules (thereby violating the principle of
HF Integrity), he lied to his clan mates, and to a
game administrator.

HF has no place for this behavior. I call on our
leaders and members to restore House Forsaken's honor.

2 different accounts is cheating. Cheating is supposed
to be a violation of the standards that House Forsaken
is supposed to uphold. Either the HF leadership
upholds those standards or it should publically
announce that HF is dropping those standards. The
abbreviation H.F. should not stand for Hypocrites
Federation.

If it is true that he did cheat, and that he did turn
and try to attack fellow HF members (trying to kill
crector), then indeed I think that something has to be
done. Just what and for how long, I don't know.

If he didn't try to attack another HF member, I do not
think expellation is the proper course.

If he did, then we should hear his side of the story
first, before going through with any expellation.

That is one of my 3 accounts I've already talked
about..first I gave it to a player named Yoden who
didnt play and then they needed it for the raid, and
jewel talked to yoden and changed the pw and someone
piloted it.

There is so much info being sent to me by the hour,
that if I make a judgement now, I am sure in 2 hours I
might change my mind.

As for now Jewel is not in the HF alliance. That is
good for now. I will let tempers sizzle down for
awhile and then post judgement on Jewel. I hate
expulsion and by myself I don't have that power. I can
kick him out of the BBG for good, but I don't want to
do that. The fact is, he is a good player and he was
doing it to help HF, so his heart was in the right
place to start off. How would you feel if you spent
weeks helping a clan and they go psycho on you.

Please keep sending me info on what has, is and will
happen and after a while I will make my decision.

Let me just say what I think about this situation. I
think that everyone needs to cool down a bit. There's
no need to kick anybody out of BBG realm. Why don't we
all just be friends again. Hell I want to be crector's
friend as well as Jewel's. Let us all just play and
have fun, isn't that why we are here for. Let's just
stop this stupid nonsense, it is not fun.

First off, Reaver, stop taking things out of Context.
The situation that we were talking about was me
piloting another players account during the siege. It
was temporary, for liek 2 hours, since i was unable to
be at my seat during the siege, i had hy pilot my
ship, while i was in one of the siegers that required
less action. Does that constitute dual playing? If so
then i am guilty. That was what i was talking to
reaver about.

And reaver, are you feeling special acting as
informant? Good job if you do. Dv8 is hyps account. I
made it VERY clear that i am only out there to pod
crector. Why didnt you get log files on that? Im sure
reaver coulda showed it to you because i made SURE he
was there when i said i was going to pod Crector
because i KNEW he would go warn him. Its sad reaver,
that whole conversation that you were quoted in, thats
called entrappment you know that? You started the
conversations knowing full well that you were going to
copy it and send it to everyone to "PROVE" that im
guilty... didnt really work did it? Just makes you
look bad now that im uncovering for what it is.

Everyone here is paranoid. Yes i wanted to pod Crector
last night, but i didnt. You called me a coward for
not... lol, i didnt lose any sleep over it

avid follower of Politics, and i know the system

So you know what i did last night?
i dropped 2 scout drones, interpretted as MASSIVE
AMOUNTS by crector in his other post,
I taped down my F5 Key, went to bed and made Crector

and it worked!

contrary to belief, i do have a life, and its finals
week for me, all of this has done nothing to decrease
the stress that is going on right now in my life.
everyone who knows me knows the pride that i have in
HF. Anyone who knows me in real life also knows how
responsible/loyal/trustworthy i am. In the last two
days i have been smeared beyond belief by fellow
clanmembers. My first reaction was to go out there and
get some blood. I mean, ive been building up
friendships for 3-4 years now, and all it took were
some accusations for it to all come crumbling down.

Explain this to me: if im such a bad person.... why
did i work so hard to get sooo many other members from
HF involved in TDZK? I saw potential here, i wanted
for there to be the brotherhood that i felt back in D2
in a game again. Boy.... was i ever mistaken. I mean
it was there... and then i wake up one day, and i see
my CO-LEADER laying all these accusations on me in a
PUBLIC forum. I mean, cmon... what would Dave do if we
had this problem? He would ask me on IRC, or ICQ and
talk to me... i know because ive seen him do it
before. Same with Aeon and Maddog...

From the beginning it seemed like crector was out to
kick me out of HF. He made me look bad, but thats not
what got me down. It was the fact that during this
time, a lot of other HF brothers doubted my
trustworthyness, all because of LAME leadership by
Crector. So i ask you chuck, what do you have against
me? And you cant just say that im a cheater, a liar, a
cheat, a coward, and most of all a TRAITOR without
decent justification. If anyones guilty of treason,
its you, for not even giving me the benefit of the
doubt. Some brother you are. We live in the US,
everyone innocent until proven guilty... but everyone
here has a Lynch mob mentality, and are out for
blood... But im sick of it, so im ending it now.


Its a game for crying out loud, stop taking it so
seriously.

not members, i made it clear that i would only pod one
person: everyone on IRC heard, including reaver, neo,
rag, zolt etc.

and what would make me do it? You've been around a
while ghost, everyone here respects you, what if
someone led a smear campaign against you? calling you
names, questioning your honor.

Podding him would have been therapeutic for me... but
its not even a percent of what he deserves

This isn't a smear campaign. If this is intended as a
smear campaign, it's one hell of a joke of one, so
that's why it isn't one.

See, what's happening here is there are logs of you
saying to others "Yes, I got multi accounts" which is
a form of cheating. It falls under Crector's job as a
leader of this realm to do his job, which is to punish
someone who cheats, by say using multiple accounts.
According to the most basic of HF rules, anyone who
cheats is gone.

Now, with many people confused on what really happens,
and having conflicting evidence, Crector and the rest
of the BBG staff decide "You know what, we don't know
for sure what really happened here, so lets drop it,
let by gones be by gones and start over."

And how do you thank him? By wanting to kill him in
the game and then hide behind the pathetic excuse of
"it was all psychologica! haha" Everyone knows you
wanted to pod him, but you would have known you would
have really fucked yourself over then, so you gained
half a clue and didn't even try.

This whole back and thing shit is as useless as a
flaming war, you're just making yourself look like an
ass.

Why come back just to stir things up?

Jewel is pissed and defensive, its not like we want to
make each other more mad. I would request that someone
with the appropriate power just lock all threads
regarding these incidents. I for one am tired of
hearing of it. You have a beef, talk to the people
involved. Its fine if you don't like crector, but
please deal with it in a more appropriate forum, be it
via PM, email, AIM, what have you.
